Airport Arrival Transfer Wait Time
There are no additional charges if your flight arrives early or late. Clients must provide the airline name and flight number so we can track flights and arrive on time.
Other Services Wait Time
A 15-minute grace period is included beyond the scheduled pick-up time.
Exceeding the grace period incurs waiting charges at the hourly rate in 30-minute increments.
If the delay exceeds 30 minutes, a full hour will be charged.
Stop Policy
For point-to-point and airport transfers, a 15-minute free stop is provided. Delays beyond this period are subject to waiting charges at the hourly rate.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 24 hours or more before pick-up are free.
12 to 4 hours before pick-up: 50% of the agreed sum is charged.
4 to 1 hour before pick-up: 75% is charged.
Less than 1 hour or no-show: 100% of the agreed sum is charged.
Changes to reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance via our website.
Davos Special Cancellation Policy
Due to high demand, cancellations for the “Davos Special” are not permitted, and 100% of the fee will be charged.
Additional Information
Arrival Time
We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as weather, traffic, or vehicle issues.
Passenger Conduct
Transportation may be refused or terminated if passengers are under the influence of drugs or alcohol or if the chauffeur feels threatened.
Lost or Damaged Items
We are not responsible for lost, left, or damaged items.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles. Violations will result in a minimum charge of 300 CHF, plus any damage repair costs.
Animal Transportation
We currently do not offer animal transportation services.
