There is no charges if the Client arrives later or earlier. It is required from the Client to provide us with Airline Company Name and Flight Number. Limousineservicezurich.com will track flights and be on Airport on time.
Other Services Wait Time
Our grace period is defined as 15 minutes beyond the scheduled pick up time. Exceeding the grace period will result in wait time charges. Wait time will be charged at the hourly rate of the vehicle in 30 minutes increments. If the Client will late more than 30 minutes, whole 1 hour will be charged.
Stop Policy
For point to point transfers and City to Airport transfers Limousineservicezurich.com can provide free stop and waiting time of 15 minutes. Exceeding the 15 minutes period will result in wait time charges. Wait time will be charged at the hourly rate of the vehicle in 30 minutes increments. If the Client will late more than 30 minutes, whole 1 hour will be charged.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation must be made within 24 hour of scheduled pick-up time to avoid cancellation charges. Limousineservicezurich.com provides 24 hour free cancellation period.
12 hours to 4 hour before a scheduled pick-up time 50% will be charged of agreed sum.
4 hour to 1 hour before a scheduled pick-up time 75% will be charged of agreed sum.
1 hour before or NO SHOW 100% of the agreed sum will be charged.

Fuel surcharges may appear if your needs exceed 20 km per hour in the category “Hourly Limousine Service” please note that our prices for this service are fixed to 20 km per hour.
All inclusive prices excludes 3% Card processing fee for online payments.
Chauffeur tip
Chauffeur tip is always completely at your discretion and subject to your satisfaction with the chauffeur’s service.
Smoking Strictly Prohibited
Smoking in all vehicles is strictly prohibited. Smoking in the vehicle by the client or any passenger will result in an automatic minimum 300 CHF charge. Damage caused by smoking activity will also be charged to the client.
